You keep sending these and I wasn’t going to give a bad review but here it is. In the beginning the person I spoke with was great and I have to say the (go-between) Angie Siebert was amazing but beyond that— it was a major disaster and disappointment. They took from my first encounter in late August until late February to get the job done. I signed the paperwork for completion in October/November but it was because I was told a man would come and finish the job in 2-3 days time ( ordered necessary gutter material). That would have been just fine but —it didn’t happen! They did NOT FINISH the job until mid-late FEBRUARY! I got paperwork saying I was having a lien put in my property, and no explanation to them was understood. I told them I would pay in FULL when the job was finished but they ignored this and continued on with me dealing with the stress of incompetence for months! No excuse for this kind of workmanship. The crew doing the work spoke NO ENGLISH and were not understanding what my wishes were for some of the pipes in the roof to be removed and threw all the old shingles down and broke down my clothesline that had just been repaired with new posts for this summer ( I still hang out my clothes) . I had to have it repaired again🙁 they removed my new 2 yr seamless gutters and replaced them with something cheaper ( and tried putting the mesh type back when I had the expensive runoff type gutters — ( they were not supposed to bother the gutters at all per the contract ) I’m not sure why they did this! I am most definitely not happy with this company and will never suggest anyone to use them!
